Hello everyone,
We left Antigua for Guadeloupe on Feb 4th.Antigua was great,we saw Jolly Harbor,Falmouth English Harbor and went up to Shirley Heights.Beaches were great and spent some time with our friends on Isabella.John and Lori,Peg and Heidi.Diane and Paul on Satori also sailed to Guadeloupe. They're from S Carolina and have spent some great time with them also.So many great places and people we have met through the islands. Many boats we have met are e-mailing us from all different places hoping to meet at some time.Passage to Guadeloupe was a nice fifty some mile run.Seas were two to five with ten to fifteen kt winds. No fish on this run,but we did fish the entire way.As we passed Montserrat it had a eruption that shot a huge plume of smoke through the clouds that looked like a atomic bomb went off.We also had our first group of dolphins run with us for a long time. What a sight ,we could hear them peeping and almost touch them.We are now in Deshaies a beautiful french town.A quaint very french atmosphere where little to no english is spoken.Tonight we will watch the superbowl on Windancer a Hylas 54 with Terry Tim and Hutch.Met them in St Martin. What a journey and think of all at home in that cold weather. So long for now.
Love to all, Lisa Jon and Jonny JUSTUS
